WGD is a high quality precision machining facility located in Auckland, we are specialists in CNC machining of Aerospace components.
Our machines range from the ultra fast production machines to the heavy casting machines built to remove material. We also have the ability to manufacture complex shapes using our 5 axis fully simultaneous machines. The manufacture of Aviation components has been a core competency for in excess of 30 years.
We have manufactured flying parts for commercial, defence and private aircraft.

On 18th December 2014 we installed our new Spinner 5 axis U620 machining center. This machine will enable us to process the most complex components with great efficiency and accuracy. In most cases this increased flexibility reduces the need for expensive fixtures, clamping devices which means we can save you some money, now that’s a good thing.
